Thousands of residents turns up to welcome the DP.

Deputy President William Ruto was on Friday received in Bungoma County where he urged leaders to stop politicking and instead work together to deliver development services to Kenyans.

Speaking in kimilili town, Bungoma County Ruto reiterated that the electioneering period is over.“The people of Kenya voted for us and it is now our time to deliver on the promises we made. We are ready to work with everyone for the development of our country,” said the Deputy President.

The DP was accompanied by Senate Speaker Ken Lusaka who also urged political leaders to unite and work together for the benefit of all Kenyans.

“As leaders we need to come together and support the Government of the day. When a County Government such as this one (Bungoma) works with the national government, our residents will benefit,” said Speaker Lusaka. residents turned up in large numbers to to welcome the DP’s return to Bungoma.
