H.E Dr. William Kingi Kazungu the Deputy Governor of Mombasa has never come out in the limelight in any matters concerning county 001. The task is always left with the outspoken Governor, famously known as 001. With the current fight against spread of COVID-19, still the Mombasa DG has not been seen anywhere in public.

Is it sign of respect or ineffectiveness to carry out duties?

The vocal DGs are Caroline Karugu, former Kiambu Governor Dr. James Nyoro, Bungoma DG Dr. Kibanani Ngome and Polycarp Igathe before he resigned. On the other hand DR. Nicholas Owon Atudonyang of WEST POKOT COUNTY works from the USA and has no plans of coming back. He advised the governor to use his salary in helping the less fortunate in the county.
