  • Condition: Set is incomplete. Item has been used and does show wear. The walls of the living room and kitchen have prominent water/grease stains. The walls of the bedroom and Hooper's store also have some staining, but they are much less noticeable. Oscar comes out of his trashcan well. The little plastic nub where the street light would go is broken off as are most of the ones on these same sets. The awning and the "Hooper's Store" sticker have wear. The handle works well. All figures have a lot of wear to their paint. The street sign's paint is mostly worn away and the light bulb has yellowed. Door bell that should sound when entering store does not work. There are marks and scratches here and there all over due to age and normal handling. Item is generally clean, but as this is a used item, should not be considered pristine and new owner may wish to do further nook and cranny cleaning/dusting. See pictures for more details.
