    Returns A Return Authorization Number (RMA#) is required prior to returning any product to Superior Workholding and Cutting Tools. New product returns must be made within 30 days of original shipment. C.O.D. returns cannot be accepted at our facilities, so please do not ship returns C.O.D. as they will be refused. Please follow these FIVE simple steps: 1. Enclose a copy of the RMA you received from us, with your return. 2. Enclose a copy of the original invoice, or packing slip, with your return. 3. Enclose any manuals and/or certifications that came with the product you are returning. 4. Pack returns in original packaging. 5. Pack well to avoid damage.
