Designed for use with the Big or Little Chief Electric Smoker from Smokehouse, these drying screens also work with other grills and smokers. Constructed of premium, food-grade PTFE Teflon, these FDA-approved screens keep your fish, meat, or vegetables from sticking to the grill grate while achieving the perfect flavor.
