Playskool Original Familiar Places McDonald‘s #430 – Playmat – Hard to Find!

I am selling an original Playskool Familiar Places McDonald’s Playmat in very good condition that was made in 1974-76. This Playmat came with Playskool’s McDonald’s Playset and was designed to be placed under the building to give some landscape to the playset.
The mat measures 28” by 24” and includes a place for the building, a parking lot and a spot for the merry-go-round.
I cannot find any issues with the mat.
It does not have any holes or tears in it.
A few very small minor stain marks that are not really noticeable.
