One 50 pack of pH 0-6 PLASTIC Test Strip.These short-range pH strips provide an excellent color separation in the acid range and offers clear bright single color matches at every .5 interval from pH 0.0-6.0. As a safety precaution, an unknown solution should be measured for its pH value. If it is found to be too acidic, the solution may be dangerous to handle, or may have special disposal requirements.
The color chart has pH matches at [0.0][0.5][1.0][1.5][2.0][2.5][3.0][3.5][4.0][4.5][5.0][5.5][6.0] The pH 0-6 test strips test acidic solutions in 0.5 pH unit increments: 0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, 5.0, 5.5, 6.0.
Instructions: Remove one test strip from the bag, holding one end of the strip between your index finger and thumb. Do not touch the test pad with your fingers. Dip the test strip about 1/2″ into the solution to be tested for 1-2 seconds. Remove and shake off any excess liquid. Compare immediately to the color chart. Do not allow the test strip to dry before reading against the color chart.
