These are pre owned items in overall good condition with some wear and tear. Some of the furniture does have a lot of yellowing of the plastic to it. Along with the pieces having scuffs and scratches. The mini doll house does have glue residue throughout. The piano is tested any does not work. The battery area is slightly corroded.
