Laminating Instructions:
Search YouTube for "Self Adhesive Laminating Sheet Tutorial"
Or
follow these instructions
1) Peel off a little bit of the backing film
2) Gently place the top portion of the item to the sticky part of the laminate
3) As you slowly peel off the rest of the backing film, make sure the item your laminating sticks to the laminate with no air bubbles formed inside.  Use a ruler of stick to smooth out the surface.
4) If Necessary, cut the finished laminate to size/length with scissors.  For double-sided lamination, repeat the process for the other side.
It's that simple!

Helpful Hint: When trimming excess laminate, leave a little beyond the edge (at least 1/10th of an inch) that will allow the sticky side to adhere to the non-sticky backing.
