    Fill the base with water or sand, and close the lid. (Sand recommended for better results)
    Connect 5 Poles with the 5 connectors.
    Insert the 5 poles into the base.
    Attach balloon holder to thin pole. Slide thin pole on top into thicker pole.
    Attach the balloons and you're all done!
    Follow up the rest with balloons and enjoy the view :)
    Children under 8 yrs. can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required. Keep uninflated balloons from children. Discard broken balloons at once.
