Fair - has some scuffing and discoloration in house and furniture, stickers have peeled off due to age. No pieces are broken however, and house includes some pieces that are often missing (stair railing, sink, roof, etc.)

The 1991 Playskool Victorian dollhouse is a timeless classic, and was the model home for Playskool's Loving Family set. This house is in good condition considering the age, it shows some scuffing and signs of play as it was well loved by the previous owner but could be easily refurbished. House includes furntiture as well: light up dresser (not working), sink, queen bed, blue couch, rocking child's bed, 2 dining chairs, and stroller (wheels missing).
