Now that the political parties’ amendment bill which was enacted early this year is in place, the parties will wait until the registrar produces a list of members which will be followed for nominations in respective parties.

Most people are not aware on how to register for a political party and even how to quit a party. Fortunately there a link that will enable one to change the party. The link is from eCitizen platform. One is required to have registered in eCitizen platform. It takes 2min to join the platform then click on the Registrar of political Parties icon to register.

The contestants are required to submit their information both physically and online to avoid malice. Some parties are charging them as his sh. 20,000 just to register to become members.
