The chairman who launched the activity two weeks ago led ANC officials and diehards in the process to ensure maximum and full support for Hon Musalia Mudavadi’s led party.
“We are keen to ensure full support for our party leader to be the Kenyan president, this process will be continuous and I will make sure our people are registered in the party,” said Mr Kenneth Lugaye.

Meanwhile, on the other side, United Democratic Alliance (UDA) party launched its campaign in Vihiga County at Sossa cottages.
The event was attended by Bony Khalwale the former Kakamega County Senator, UDA Chairman Johnson Muthama, Eliud Owalo and the party’s Secretary-General Veronica Maina.
Also present were former Vihiga Constituency MP Yusuf Chanzu’s representatives, Nominated MCA Jackline Mwenesi and UDA aspirants and representatives from Western region who attended the event.
Hamisi Member of Parliament Charles Gimose missed the event despite being a UDA point man in the region. The Member of Parliament is not comfortable seeing nominated MCA Jackline Mwenesi leading UDA campaigns in the county, an issue that seems to also have angered Hon. Yusuf Chanzu.
According to sources, Most of the UDA aspirants from Vihiga are said to be watching from the Fence as they await to confirm that Musalia Mudavadi is firmly in the race for the presidency.
