Now Musalia Mudavadi is at it again, enjoying cups of tea( mmaragoli na chai) with a bunch of busybodies.He’s all over the place. Tomorrow utasikia, ” Today asungukwendo of The Coalition of Obvious Winners COWs called on me to share on matters affecting the country!”
The 2013 third horse stupidity seems to be in the offing, again, and we know how it ended.On the outside, MM is a sober mind, a critical thinker and a a man you would trust the country with since he exudes confidence and stability. However his Achilles heel lies in his inability to learn from his mistakes. Does my mother’s distant cousin learn any lesson?
Let me put this into perspective.
If anyone out there thinks that MM will form a coalition with that upstart that is in self quarantine where Mudavadi is the presidential nominee, then that person is either high on something illegal( and probably cheap!), is mad or both. Ruto would be ill advised to choose Mudavadi as a running for two reasons. For starters, that would most probably cause voter apathy in Mount Kenya region. A low voter turnout in Central is a casket for Ruto. Secondly, the Luhyia vote isn’t one that could be counted on to compensate for a loss or a slight deep in voter turnout in Central Kenya. Now Ruto may be a thief, but he isn’t stupid.
What then?
Does MM do it alone with the likes of Didmus Barasa, Martha Karua and Chris Wamalwa etal, and run a campaign? Your guess is as good as mine.
At this point when the chief thief is on holiday, Si huyu Mudavadi angesonga karibu na Chungu aone ni nini inapikwa? That’s how some of us go hungry because we refuse to step into the kitchen.
